Lord Bendtner and Lord Altidore both made their way onto the score sheet in Denmark's thrilling 3-2 win over USA. Watch!

Rarely does the world of football get to witness two Lords of the beautiful game scoring in single match. This occurrence alone is something that can send social media into meltdown, if not the whole universe itself.

On Wednesday, this once-in-a-blue-moon event happened when both Nicklas Bendtner and Jozy Altidore scored in a friendly between Denmark and USA.

The two nations collided on Wednesday, at the NRGI Park stadium in Aarhus, Denmark, with the Danish Dynamites coming out victorious 3-2 thanks to a Nicklas Bendtner hat-trick.

Yes, you read that right! The former Arsenal striker and current Wolfsburg ace, known for his inability to score even if his life depended on it, netted all three goals for his team in the win over Jurgen Klinsmann's crew.

However, it was Altidore who struck first. The Toronto FC forward opened the scoring early on, in the 19th minute. Bendtner equalized shortly afterwards, though, in the 33rd minute.

After taking the lead once again in the 66th minute courtesy of a Aron Johannsson strike, USMNT's advantage was once again canceled out by Bendtner, who leveled the score in the 83nd minute.

Seven minutes later, on the stroke of full time, the Danish striker completed his hat-trick, scoring in the 90th minute to win the game. Watch the highlights, all five goals, and Bendtner's hat-trick in the video below.

Of course, since Bendtner doesn't score a hat-trick every other day, the sight of him netting three goals in a game in which Altidore also scored sent Twitter into a hilarious spiral. Check out the best tweets below.
