Chelsea may want to be extra wary of PSG, whose players have another additional incentive to try to beat them in London tomorrow.

If the pressure was not already pretty intense on PSG ahead of their Champions League match with Chelsea, there is even more incentive for Les Parisiens to depart London with a win.

Since being taken over by the Qatar Sports Investments in 2011, the Ligue 1 giant's wealthy owners have been desparate to build a team that will be recognised among Europe's elite a la the likes of La Liga's Barcelona or Real Madrid, or the EPL's Manchester United or Chelsea.

However, they have yet to achieve this goal after reaching the quarter-finals in two consecutive seasons and as the team again prepares to take on Jose Mourinho's side, they have thrown in an additional reason for the players to give their all at Stamford Bridge.

There is the statement "Money talks" and it is reported that the squad will be offered a nice bit of pocket money - to the tune of £180,000 - if they can get past the 2012 Champions League winners this time around.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and his teammates have already earned £71,600 each for successfully navigating the group stages and will apparently get £716,000 (or 1 million euros) should they win the final in Berlin.

The last time the two sides met in England's capital, PSG managed to throw away a two goal advantage from the first leg to crash out as Chelsea defeated them 2-0, with Demba Ba being the hero on the night as his late goal was enough to send the Blues through to the semi-finals.

The only French side to win Europe's premier competition was Marseille back in 1993 and Laurent Blanc's men will certainly hope to take one step closer to becoming the second by overcoming a familiar opponent on Wednesday evening.
