Wolfsburg will hope to undo their bad record against Italian opposition as they welcome Inter Milan on Thursday, March 12th for their UEFA Europa League clash. Read on to find some live TV listings & online streaming options for Wolfsburg vs. Inter Milan.

This past weekend Inter Milan and Napoli faced off in what was billed as one of Serie A's most intriguing match-ups. La Beneamata had not been able to defeat the Partenopei at the Stadio San Paolo since October 1997 and looked set to continue that disappointing track record. However, in the last few minutes of the game, Mauro Icardi stepped up and with his cheekily converted penalty was able to salvage a point and hamper Napoli's aspirations to seal a Champions League spot.

It was also vital because Inter are currently hoping to secure European football for next season but they will have quite a bit of work to do after dropping three crucial points when they were defeated by Fiorentina back on March 1st. As they turn their attention now to their present continental campaign, Nerazzurri fans will definitely be relieved that only Yuto Nagatomo is out with injury, meaning that Roberto Mancini will have an overall full-strength line-up to choose from.

So far, have not lost a single match so far in this season's Europa League and will be keen on extending this run as they head to Germany, a country in which they have won five out of their last 16 trips.

However, Mancini's men will certainly want to be wary of Wolfsburg.

The Bundesliga outfit were the first to defeat runaway leaders Bayern Munich in the league and did so in impressive fashion, humiliating die Roten 4-1 in the first match of this year. Whilst it will not be enough to prevent Pep Guardiola's team from cruising to another title, Wolfsburg have nonetheless done quite well this season and should comfortably qualify for the Champions League with a comfortable nine-point lead over the third-placed side.

Dieter Hecking's squad will certainly be disappointed with the outcome of their recent league match, as the 1-0 loss to Augusburg snapped what had been an excellent 15-match unbeaten streak across all competitions.

Simply put, the man the Nerazzurri will be the most concerned about is Dutch international Bas Dost. Before this season, the lanky 25-year-old, whilst certainly known to German football fans, had not made his name known to those who do not follow the Bundesliga, but with an impressive start to 2015 has elevated his status among attackers in Europe with 13 goals so far this year alone in all competitions.

It was his brace against Sporting that effectively sealed Wolfsburg's passage into the round of 16 and prior to that, he had netted a double against Bayern earlier this year - the first player in over 100 matches to be able to do so.

Another poker of goals to give them a crucial win over Leverkusen was the highlight of a nine-goal thriller that was probably one of the more entertaining games for Bundesliga followers. However, they will be feeling the pressure as not only are they the only German side remaining in the Europa League - as opposed to Serie A's quintet - but also have not fared well against Italian opposition.

Although they have not faced Inter, they have come up against their cross town rivals - AC Milan - in which they have lost two and drawn one.

Will Wolfsburg finally break their string of bad luck against Italian sides and make Bundesliga fans proud as Germany's sole Europa League team? Or will Inter head back to Milan feeling confident of their chances to the quarter-finals?

You will have to tune into this one to find out.
