The Argentinian wingman stated that when his contract with Man United ends, he hopes he can finish his career with his first club, Rosario Central.

Angel Di Maria revealed in an interview his thoughts about a possible Lionel Messi transfer to the Premier League. The player from Rosario, good friend of "La Pulga", stated he believes Messi would work just fine with Jose Mourinho, although he considers highly unlikely Barcelona's Number 10 will ever leave Los Blaugranas.

"In principle, I don't think Leo wants to leave Barcelona. It's hard to walk away from a club that's given you everything, where you effectively grew up. But to answer your question, no I don't think he'd have any problem working with Mourinho,"Di Maria told FIFA's official website.

Di Maria's words come after a series of rumors surrounding Messi's future, where some sources indicated the Argentinian superstar would be considering a move away from Barcelona due to his harsh relationship with Luis Enrique.

"El Fideo" wants to end his professional career with Argentinian club Rosario Central

Following his multi-million deal with Manchester United, the 26-year old wingman stated he would love to retire from professional football wearing Rosario Central's jersey, the club where it all began for him.

"I think the next step would be to go back to Rosario Central, another giant! Let me explain: it's true, I have played for big European clubs already. I've played two World Cups, I've won the Champions League. I started at Benfica, not as big but one of the biggest clubs in Portugal. I've played for Real Madrid. Then I moved to Manchester United, from a giant to another giant. I think after this, it'll be time to go back home. I hope so," the Red Devil added.

Di Maria has not enjoyed quite a good run with Manchester United in his first months living in England. Although he has shown his class in some games, his 2015 start has not been as satisfying as United's fans would like. After having a burglary attempt to his house earlier this year, the player has seemed to be distracted, which has led to criticism by fans and media.
