He is the face of several marketing campaigns for many brands; he also has his own “CR7 Underwear and Fashion Line”. While launching his new S/S 15 CR7 Underwear collection, he revealed fifteen tips that help him get the most out of his million-dollar body.

"Be disciplined. Keeping yourself motivated and sticking to your routine is key. For me, there is no room for easing off so I have to be strict," Ronaldo said.

The Portuguese star believes that working out with and against someone else can make you more competitive. He also believes that fueling your body the right way can give you good results.

"I eat a high protein diet, with lots of wholegrain carbs, fruit and vegetables and avoid sugary foods," Ronaldo added while he also revealed he does not consume alcohol. 

The former Manchester United star also pointed out that doing cardiovascular exercises also have a great benefit on your body. At the end of the day, there is something Ronaldo does not want fans to forget.

"Relax. Training and physical sessions are most important, but living a relaxed lifestyle helps you to be the best you can be, physically and mentally," CR7 said.

The striker is currently serving a two-game suspension. Meanwhile, he is working on a special program that should allow him to be ready for the Madrilène derby on Saturday. This Thursday, the current La Liga goal-scoring leader (28) wil be turning 30.
