The Argentinian manager is not happy with the media's perspective of his team which has been deemed as 'too aggresive' by some.

During his pre-match conference, Argentinian coach Diego Simeone talked about what media representatives say about his men. Atletico Madrid's boss is not happy with his team's depiction by some, leading to think they are too aggresive on the pitch.

"We are not going to change anything. It's in our DNA to keep playing at a top level. It's obvious that some of you tend to notice the things that suit you best, but we only care about playing the game. Playing against the best makes you a better player, because you are forced to try your best. Whoever says we are too aggresive is lying," Simeone said.

Facing one of this year's newcomers, Simeone believes the match against Eibar will not be as easy as their fans could expect.

"Eibar is a very good team. They defend very well and have top quality players. They have made a great first season playing La Liga, and I don't think the result's going to go to the team that's more intense on the pitch. We have to concentrate on playing correctly in a different pitch," the coach added.

Finally, Simeone referred to the team's resting period, since he only had one training session with his men after being eliminated from the Copa del Rey by Barcelona.

"They programmed our game prior to the matchup against Real Madrid. Maybe someone thought we would lose against them, but we ended up winning and now we have to deal with this situation," Simeone ended.
