Numerous reports across the continent are claiming that the Blues could sell some players in order to bring in the Viola star.

Apparently, Chelsea could be preparing to make a pretty big acquisition this winter, as per Sky Sport Italia.

Fiorentina's Juan Cuadrado has long been on the radar of some of Europe's sides and as such, the Viola are desparate to hang on to the star by placing a nearly £30 million fee on the Colombian winger in an attempt to fend off potential suitors.

Yet, according to numerous reports, the price tag has not frightened off the Premier League title chasers. In fact, so keen are Jose Mourinho's side to add him to their line-up that they are hoping to offload both Andre Schurrle and Mohamed Salah, with Bundesliga outfits Wolfsburg and Bayer Leverksen interested in the German international.

Meanwhile, Salah has garnered the attention of Turkish side Besiktas and Serie A's Roma. In addition, despite his club wanting to keep him put in Florence, the 26-year-old, who can play as both a winger as well as a full-back, has made no secret of wanting to try his fortunes elsewhere, especially with a team that can provide him with guaranteed Champions League football.

With less than two weeks remaining until the winter window slams shut, it will be interesting to see if there will indeed be some big changes at Stamford Bridge.
