Les Parisiens coach was vague when asked about South American duo Edinson Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi.

With the January transfer window set to open in just a few days, the rumor mill has picked up concerning many players' futures at their present club.

One such player is PSG's Edinson Cavani, with the Uruguayan being linked with several sides, in particular Arsenal. Since making a big money move from Napoli, the 27-year-old has made no secret of his growing frustration at having to play second fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Meanwhile, Ezequiel Lavezzi is another that has been associated with saying au revoir to Paris in favor of England or Italy, with Liverpool and Inter being two sides that have been rumored to be interested in the Argentinian international.

Neither Lavezzi nor Cavani traveled with the squad to Morocco to face off against Inter, which finished as a win in favor of the League 1 champions, and this has again fueled speculation as to whether either will still be at the Ligue 1 powerhouse in 2015.

Les Parisiens coach Laurent Blanc did little to quell such rumors, especially with his statements concerning the South American duo.

"[Cavani and Lavezzi] are expected to arrive on January 2nd in paris. We'll wait for them to arrive and will expect an explanation from them before making a decision both from a sporting perspective as well as from the club's [point of view]," he stated to reporters following the win.

Earlier this month, there were reports that PSG could sell one or both players, with Javier Pastore's signing a contract extension interestingly being the catalyst behind a possible departure due to FFP regulations.

And recently, Lavezzi's price of £16 million was apparently slashed in half to just £8 million, meaning that Liverpool could bring in some attacking reinforcements on the cheap. Additionally, the former Napoli man has apparently not been offered a new contract with his current side.
