Liverpool will face Swansea in a Barclays Premier League 2014-15 encounter on the 29th of December at the Anfield. Check the live TV and online streaming broadcast listings for Liverpool vs Swansea below.

The Reds currently find themselves in 10th place in the Premier League but will be buoyed by their 1-0 win over 19th placed Burnley last time out. The home side largely dominated at Turf Moor especially in the first half but the Clarets failed to make their dominance count. They were punished by the away team as Raheem Sterling's solitary goal settled the tie.

The 20 year old has come under the limelight quite often this season, especially after being appointed a new role to lead the line for his side and his manager Brendan Rodgers has applauded the youngster for performing his job with aplomb.

"I think there are players who are naturally born goalscorers. They live to score goals, they want to score goals," the Reds boss said.

"Some are not so worried what they do in the build-up, not so worried how much they work but they want to score a goal and they have that ability to get a goal.

"And then you get other players - top-class players who work very hard and have that ability to score a lot of goals and create goals. So I think it's something you can develop with confidence over the course of your career. And I think you'll see his numbers, as his career goes on, improve and improve.

"But for me I'm very, very happy with his performance. He's gone into that role, he's offered us a real threat, his pace in every game is phenomenal but he's got that little composure now at the end.

"He's going to miss some chances of course but as you've seen [against Burnley] the one opportunity that he had, he took it."

Swansea on the other hand come into this match at the back of two consecutive wins and will be hoping to heap further misery on Rodgers and Liverpool. The Swans were against Aston Villa last time out a match they won by a 1-0 score line thanks to a stunning free kick from Gylfi Sigurdsson. Lukasz Fabianski made a string of fine saves to ensure his side raced away with all three points.

Simon Mignolet is expected to start in goal after Brad Jones suffered an injury in the match against Burnley. Daniel Sturridge (thigh), Jon Flanagan (knee), as well as Glen Johnson (groin) will remain on the sidelines for the Reds whereas Joe Allen and Dejan Lovren are major doubts.

Swansea on the other hand will be without Jefferson Montero who picked up a hamstring injury in the match against Aston Villa.
