Arsenal vs Manchester United will be featured in the Premier League this Saturday in a much awaited fixture as the two English giants battle it out at the Emirates.

The two sides are historically two of the biggest clubs in the country but have failed to make an impression this campaign. On Saturday both teams will be hoping a win can reignite their respective seasons.
Arsenal produced a shocking result in their last Champions League outing when they conceded a three goal lead to draw the match 3-3. Following their disappointing performance in the Champions League the Gunners were unable to make a response in their subsequent match against Swansea. Alexis Sanchez who has been the club's savior this season was once again on the score sheet.

A wonderful freekick from former Tottenham star Sigurdsson leveled the scores and Bafetimbi Gomis scored moments later to condemn Arsenal to their second defeat in the league this season. As a result of which Arsene Wenger's men sit 6th in the table, 12 points adrift of leaders Chelsea.

Welsh international Aaron Ramsey who was arguably the club's best player last season has started the new campaign slowly but the former Cardiff man is hopeful his team would taste success in a difficult week ahead which will see the Gunners face Man United as well as Borussia Dortmund.

"We now have a tough week," he told the press. "We have Manchester United and then Dortmund.

"They are both tough games but they are the ones you want to be involved in as a footballer. Hopefully we can come out on top in them.

"We started off slowly. We've had a few draws. We have a lot of catching up still to do. Hopefully we can turn our season around and get a bit of momentum going."

Man United on the other hand are under a severe injury crisis and it remains to be seen if Van Gaal can make good use of the resources available to him. The Dutch tactician had been missing the services of some of is his key players including the likes of Falcao, Jonny Evans, Marcos Rojo, Phil Jones and Rafael.

The United squad has been further depleted following the international break with injuries to Michael Carrick who pulled out of the England squad with a groin injury, David De Gea who dislocated a finger in Spain training as well as Daley Blind who suffered a knee injury during the Netherlands' win over Latvia. To make matters worse Man United's star signing Angel Di Maria is also a doubt for the match after being at the receiving end of a strong tackle from Portugal international Luis Nani.
