The Chilean striker had a field day with Sunderland's defense, taking advantage of their errors to score a brace for Arsene Wenger's crew.

Alexis Sanchez has proved to be Arsenal's top signing this year. The Chilean striker managed, almost all by himself, to give Arsenal three more points to add, after beating Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

Both teams shared the ball for the first fifteen minutes, but Arsenal started dominating the game just before Wes Brown lost the ball to Alexis Sanchez, who lobbed his strike to beat Vito Mannone for the first goal of the day.

After the halftime break, Arsenal carried the weight of the match, enjoying some chances to broaden the score, but Lord Danny Welbeck was not able to make it count for Arsene Wenger's team. When the game was coming to a close, Alexis Sanchez dribbled past two defenders and tried to pass the ball to Welbeck, but his assist was not accurate. Practically two seconds later, Vito Mannone failed to clear the ball off the box, giving Alexis the chance to score his brace for Arsenal.

The Gunners now have fourteen points after nine matches, while Sunderland have conceded ten goals in their last two matches. How did fans react to Alexis' brace? Find out below!
