All 16 Matches, Including United States Women’s National Team, Air Live on FOX Sports 1 or FOX Sports 2; Streamed on FOX Sports GO; Top Three Teams Qualify for 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup

FOX Sports today unveils plans for its unprecedented coverage of the 2014 CONCACAF Women’s Championship.  Never before have all 16 matches of this region’s most prestigious women’s soccer competition been televised, and this year each match, including the semifinals and final, is being carried live on FOX Sports 1 or FOX Sports 2 and streamed live via FOX Soccer 2Go and FOX Sports GO. The top three teams in the CONCACAF Women’s Championship qualify directly for the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The action begins Wednesday, Oct. 15 with a doubleheader live from Kansas City’s Sporting Park on FOX Sports 2 as Guatemala takes on Haiti at 6:00 PM ET, followed at 8:00 PM ET by the U.S. Women’s National Team opener against Trinidad and Tobago live on FOX Sports 2 with an encore on FOX Sports 1 later that night.

The Mexican Women’s National Team kicks off its World Cup qualifying hopes one day later, clashing with Costa Rica at 8:30 PM ET on FOX Sports 2. The U.S. headlines the action on Friday, Oct. 17, facing Guatemala live from Toyota Park in Chicago on FOX Sports 1 at 8:30 PM ET. Abby Wambach, Alex Morgan and company wrap up their qualifying matches live against Haiti in Washington D.C.’s RFK Stadium on Monday, Oct. 20 on FOX Sports 1 (7:00 PM ET). The semifinals commence Friday, Oct. 25, followed by the third-place match and final on Sunday, Oct. 26, both live on FOX Sports 1. Pregame coverage begins in-studio before each USWNT match 30 minutes prior to kickoff. See below for the complete schedule.

The 2014 CONCACAF Women’s Championship features exciting talent and rivalries from the eight participating nations from North America (United States, Mexico), Central America (Guatemala, Costa Rica) and the Caribbean (Haiti, Martinique, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago).  Canada is not participating as the team has already qualified for the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup as tournament host.
