Fox Sports 2 USA brings you live coverage of Sporting CP vs Chelsea live from the Estádio de Alvalade. Be sure to watch as these two sides look for their first victory in the competition.

Chelsea continued their dominance in the Premier League with a 3-0 victory over Aston Villa, and they will now try to carry that momentum with them to Portugal.

Today's Champions League fixture against Sporting CP will be Jose Mourinho's return to his home country, where he achieved great success with Porto. Will the Special One's experience in the world of football be enough to see his side earn their first victory in the current edition of the competition?

The London side struggled on matchday one at home against Schalke, playing to a one goal draw.

Although the Portuguese outfit may not have the same calibre players as the Germans, Marco Silva's side will not be lacking confidence and motivation.

A draw on Friday against Porto won't have been the worst result for the leões, but considering they scored an own goal, Nani and his teammates weren't happy with having to share the points. Could there be any better way to bounce back from that draw than with a historic victory at home against the Blues, in their first ever meeting?

In Sporting's favor will be their impressive record at home against English opposition. With 11 official matches under their belt, the Lisbon side has lost just once, against Cristiano Ronaldo's Manchester United.

For Chelsea, they will be well aware that the hosts have not conceded in their last three against English sides at home. But with new summer signing Diego Costa in fine form, this should be a cracking match at the Estádio de Alvalade.

Sporting's Starting XI: Rui Patricio; Cedric, Mauricio, Sarr, J.Silva; William, Mario, Adrien; Nani, Slimani, Carrillo.

Chelsea's Starting XI: Courtois, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Filipe Luis; Fabregas, Matic, Hazard, Schürrle, Oscar; Diego Costa.

Sporting's Subs: Marcelo, Jefferson, Oliveira, Martins, Rosell, Capel, Montero.

Chelsea's Subs: Cech, Zouma, Azpilicueta, Mikel, Willian, Salah, Remy.
