On September 28, watch Guadalajara try to save their coach's job against Puebla, who have Mexican legend Cuauhtemoc Blanco leading them towards avoiding relegation next year.

For the second week in a row, Chivas hosts a game in the Apertura 2014 tournament. This time, the most popular team in Mexico will take on Puebla, that arrives to this match undefeated since the appointment of Jose Luis Sanchez Solá as head coach for "La Franja".

Guadalajara desperately need to earn their third victory of the tournament, especially now that rumors indicate coach Carlos Bustos would leave his job if they don't beat Puebla. Reporters from Mexico and Spain claim former Betis coach Pepe Mel is the strongest candidate for the job. Las Chivas will not be able to count with Aldo De Nigris or Carlos Salcido, both coming down with injuries.

Puebla, on the other hand, seem to have found the way to save themselves from relegation. The arrival of "Chelis" Sanchez Sola provided the team a breath of fresh air, relying on veteran legend Cuauhtemoc Blanco to lead the crew on the pitch. Blanco has started every game since "Chelís" took the coaching job, and has leaded La Franja to one victory and two drawn games. Not bad for a 41-year old.

One ingredient to make the match more exciting is that, if Puebla manage to get three points off Guadalajara, they will leave them behind on the relegation standings. Chivas will try to save face in front of their home crowd, while Puebla will try to live up to their "nothing to lose" motto.
