Manchester City and Arsenal will open matchday five in the Premier Leauge with a lunchtime kickoff. Watch live on TV and Online as these two title contedners battle for three points.

With Manchester City coming to town, Arsenal fans will know that the Premier League Champions are capable of causing a serious threat. Manuel Pellegrini’s talented squad can compete with the best in the world, but complacency can get the best of them at times.

That may well have been the issue in their last match before the international break, when the Citizens were defeated at home against Stoke City.

A meeting away from home against Arsenal will bring out the best of both sides, but with such a poor record away from home against the Gunners, City will have to be at their best. From their previous 29 away fixtures against the North London side, the Citizens have won just once.

Pellegrini will have some question marks in regards to injuries, but his side has enough depth to find the proper replacements.

Brazilian midfielder Fernando and Stevan Jovetic are in doubt due to injuries. Fernando is dealing with a groin injury, while the Montenegrin forward has been trying to shake off a hamstring injury. Another doubt for the visitors is Pablo Zabaleta, who picked up an injury while on international duty, and coincidentally, that injury came from a tackle by Lukas Podolski.

With all these uncertainties, Pellegrini could send out new summer signing Eliaquim Mangala, who joined the club from Porto.

Whether the Frenchman plays alongside Kompany, or if Demichelis gets the nod, the City defenders will be up against a very quick Arsenal offensive unit.

Danny Welbeck will be available to feature, but it is still unknown if Arsene Wenger will throw the Englishman straight into the starting squad. If he chooses not to, it is likely that Alexis could play down the middle, or the other option could be Yaya Sanogo.

In the Arsenal midfield, the French manager also has some concerns to deal with.

Mikel Arteta has been ruled fit to return to the squad after recovering from a twisted ankle against Besiktas. But on the contrary, Aaron Ramsey is facing a late fitness test. The Welshman twisted his ankle while on international duty, but Wenger is still hopeful that he will be able to play a part on Saturday.
