Both Chelsea and Swansea City will head into this clash as the only two sides in English football's top flight to have a 100% win record so far this season. However, that is where the similarities end as not only are the Blues the clear favorites but also have already been touted as a serious contender for the Premier League title this season.
Swansea City coach Garry Monk certainly is well aware of the task that his side faces during their trip to Stamford Bridge.
"They are one of the powerhouses of the league, and they have quality players [all] over the pitch," he noted during a pre-match press conference.
"When you analyse them, there are a lot more strengths than weaknesses, [and] they will [definitely] be favourites for the title this season."
Moreover, Monk will be concerned about the fitness of two key players--Marvin Emnes and Leon Britton--with both suffering from knee injuries that makes the former's appearance tomorrow a huge doubt and as for the latter something that simply won't be feasible.
As for Jose Mourinho's men, the Blues have enjoyed a fantastic start to the season and have outscored their opponents 11 to 4. However, the Portuguese tactician has some personnel worries of his own with talismanic striker Diego Costa, who currently leads the league's scoring charts with four goals, has been struggling with a hamstring problem.
Should he not be able to feature, Blues fans might then see the debut of former QPR striker Loic Remy who after failing a Liverpool medical was signed by Chelsea near the end of this summer's transfer window.
