The Uruguayan striker has "reformed", at least according to one of his new Barcelona teammates.

Luis Suarez's move from Liverpool to Barcelona during this summer's transfer window was always going to be mired in controversy.

The Blaugrana reportedly paid over €80 million to the Reds to bring the Uruguayan to Spain as they aspire to re-claim their La Liga crown from Atletico Madrid as well as launch a serious challenge for the Champions League this season.

However, the 27-year-old, who has already bitten two opponents prior to attacking Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini this summer, will be serving a four-month ban from competitive fixtures, leading some to wonder when and if he will strike again.

Yet one of his new teammates--Croatian midfielder Ivan Rakitic, who was also brought in this summer--believes that his colleague has turned over a new leaf and his nibbling days are well behind him.

"Suarez is very calm, polite and quiet," he stated to reporters.

"He's a great man and he said that any biting moments he has had in the past will never happen again."

Only time will tell...or will Suarez choose to take a bite out of his new opponents in Spain?
