Following Xabi Alonso's departure to Bayern Munich, Los Blancos would be interested in signing the World Cup Champion off Bayer Leverkusen

With the transfer window shut for the summer, Real Madrid may still be thinking to strengthen their midfield. German midfielder Cristoph Kramer is rumored to be in Los Blancos' sight, as the Spanish club would offer 15 million euros to Bayer Leverkusen, owner of the player's rights.

According to sources, the 23-year old midfielder has been requested by Carlo Ancelotti, who would like the youngster to join Toni Kroos to play for Real Madrid's midfield. The player, who's rights are owned by Bayer Leverkusen, is currently on loan to Borussia Moenchengladbach, and would be open to move to the Spanish capital city.

Kramer played for Germany during the last World Cup, even starting the Final match against Argentina, but was substituted before the first half ended after clashing against Ezequiel Garay's shoulder. Yesterday, during the Euro 2016 qualifier, Kramer was seen playing "rock, paper, scissors" with Scottish James Morrison.
