Liverpool look to be the team who offer Mario Balotelli his return to the English Premier League after the Merseyside reached a £16m agreement with AC Milan to sign the Italian striker, according to the Daily Mail.
The 24-year-old's agent Mino Raiola is believed to have flown to England to finalize the former Manchester City attacker's Anfield switch, completing his San Siro exit.
Balotelli has long been linked with a move to England, with Arsenal thought to be his likely destination, but now is headed to join Brendan Rodgers' men.
Liverpool, who have also been linked with a £12m season-long move for Monaco's Colombian star Radamel Falcao, appeared to have pulled out of the Balotelli chase when the Reds boss revealed last month they would not be signing the Italian.

A little bit excited and worried at the same time about the prospect of Balotelli at Anfield. A different type of insanity.

IMO there's only one word for Balotelli... Unmanageable. If BR could control him I'd be seriously impressed #lfc

One thing for sure is that it won't be a boring season if Balotelli is involved
