Univision Deportes’ presentation of the Brazil vs. Germany semifinal match of FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014™ delivered its most-viewed World Cup semifinal match ever, averaging 5.8 million Total Viewers and 2.9 million Adults 18-49. The match bested the previous semifinal high set on 7/7/10 (Germany-Spain) by +37% among Total Viewers and +24% among Adults 18-49. The match aired on the Univision Network, which was simulcast on UnivisionDeportes Network (UDN), on Tuesday, July 8, 2014.

Viewership for Brazil vs. Germany increased every half hour during the match, starting at 4.9 million Total Viewers at the kickoff of the match and peaking at 6.7 million Total Viewers during the final hour.
