A striker in Major League Soccer decided to celebrate a goal in a very unique way, but ended up getting penalized for it.
Sporting Kansas City forward Dom Dwyer ran to the stands to take a selfie after opening the scoring in his side's clash with Chicago Fire.
Dwyer was handed the mobile by a member of staff before snapping a shot of himself, alongside team-mate Soony Saad, in front of a couple of lucky spectators.
The England-born attacker, who spent his youth career with English side Norwich City, met repercussions for his action as he received a booking from the match official after completing his goal celebration fiasco.
