After Argentina's victory over Iran, Nigeria and Bosnia will hope to get all three points as the race for second place heats up.

It might have taken 90 minutes, but Argentina finally found a way past a stubbornly defensive Iranian side through Lionel Messi's last minute strike. As a result, the South American heavyweights currently sit top of Group F with 6 points are poised to head on to the round of 16.

That leaves Iran, Nigeria, and Bosnia left to battle it out for a second-placed berth. The World Cup debutants are bottom of the group after losing their opening game and so will be desperate to get things rolling since the Super Eagles and the Iranians both have one point following their 0-0 draw.

As for the Super Eagles, they are making their fifth appearance, yet have largely disappointed as of late following their impressive runs to the round of 16 during their World Cup debut and again in their sophomore appearance in 1998.

Here are the starting squads for each side in this crucial group stage clash.

Nigeria's starting XI: Enyeama, Yobo, Ambrose, Omeruo, Oshaniw, Mikel, Onzai, Babatunde, Emenike, Musa, Odemwingie

Bosnia's starting XI: Begovic, Spahic, Besic, Pjanic, Misimovic, Dzeko, Mujdza, Sunjic, Lulic, Medunjanin, Hajrovic
