The Swedish star, who has already played professionally in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and France, as well as his native Sweden, just might come across the ocean in a couple of years.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a player that does not like to stay in one location for too long.

For his fans, this can represent a problem as they then have to buy a new jersey with a new team every couple of years, but nonetheless keeps things interesting to see him in different leagues. For his critics, some feel that this shows a lack of "commitment" and he has been accused of being "not loyal" and a "glory-hunter" by them.

Yet, despite whether you like or dislike the big Swede, one thing that everyone can agree on is that he has been pretty successful regardless of where he plays. With the exception of the 2011-2012 season at Milan, Ibra has won a league title at each team he has played for starting with Ajax during the 2003-2004 campaign.

Moreover, he has won the top scorer award four times--twice in Serie A and his most recent duo in Ligue 1--as he played a key role in Paris Saint-Germain clinching back-to-back league title for the first time in their history.

Hot streak: Ibrahimovic has been France's top marksman for two straight seasons as his team won the league

However, given his track record--Ibrahimovic never stays at a club for more than a couple of seasons--it is not surprising for him to be talking about a potential move in a year or so.

"My good friend [Thierry] Henry speaks well of MLS," the 32-year-old recently mentioned in an interview with Sports Illustrated.

Close friends: Henry and Ibrahimovic while playing for Barca. Could they re-unite in America?

"He's really enjoying himself in the US, so I might be interested in going over there in a couple of years to play in Major League Soccer."

Zlatan has yet to play outside his native continent, and should he wait a couple of years, he will be 35 years old by then. Although he has previously stated that PSG would be his last club, it would definitely represent a huge coup for American football should they manage to capture someone of the Swedish star's stature.
