After winning the 2013-14 FA Cup with Arsenal, putting an end to their 9-year trophy drought, Arsene Wenger, one of the English Premier League's most decorative managers, signs a contract extension keeping him at London for three more years.

Arsenal's longest-serving and most successful manager Arsene Wenger has finally signed a contract extension with the North London club, putting to rest all rumors of an end to his 17-year reign.

The Frenchman, who ended his side's almost nine-year trophy drought by winning them the 2013-14 FA Cup, put pen to paper on an extension that will see him stay at Arsenal until 2017, extending his tenure at the Emirates Stadium for three more years.

“I want to stay and to continue to develop the team and the club,” said Wenger as the news of his contract agreement was announced. “We are entering a very exciting period. We have a strong squad, financial stability and huge support around the world. We are all determined to bring more success to this club.”
