It certainly looks like it is going to be an interesting summer, both for Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure.

The cash-rich side have already started making moves during the transfer window, with their £40 million acquisition of Chelsea's David Luiz and have no intent of slowing down despite being slapped with a fine due to FFP violations.

First big signing of the summer: Luiz is already on board, but PSG are still looking to raid the Premier League for more names

Then, there is the case of Yaya Toure, who, despite winning his second Premier League title with Manchester City and enjoying one of the best seasons of his career, has already indicated that he is not entirely happy at the Etihad.

His agent has done little to quel speculation that the 31-year-old Ivorian could surprisingly depart during this summer's transfer market, either.

Although he scored over 20 goals for City in all competitions, the powerful midfielder could still be featuring for another club next season

But now the player himself has added more fuel to the fire by admitting his admiration for Les Parisiens in a recent interview.

"Looking at the objectives of a club like PSG, how could a player not be interested in them?" he mused whilst speaking with France Football.

"They've become a strong force in Europe, and I would be honored to play for such a team...if I would be of use."

For now, Toure will be devoting his attention to Les Elephants' upcoming campaign in Brazil
