Palermo vs Bologna Match Preview
Last week's draw was enough for Palermo to remain at the fourth position, but the Rosaneros wasted a unique opportunity to escape from their followers and obtain some fresh air on their fight to compete at Europa's most important competition. With only two of the last nine possible points, Delio Rossi's team need to settle down and realize only themselves can secure their position, for Sampdoria and Napoli are desperate to take the last place for the Champions League off Rosonero's hands. Team's coach declared after Geona's draw "This Palermo has a big future, I'm sure of it" and if he's able to communicate that confidence to their players, it'd be more than likely to see the three points stay at the Renzo Barbera.
Bologna will have another difficult match this week, and they know a third defeat in a row would take them close to the murky water of the Relegation line, standing just seven points below. Henry Gimenez has turned into team's most aggressive player during the last weeks, though his solitude in opponent's area has been responsible for his lack of efficiency. Marco Di Vaio and Adailton have not been showing its best during the last weeks, and without them Franco Colomba is unable to pose a threat to their rivals. Considering Internazionale will be expecting them home next week, their future will be clouded unless they're able to return home with a victory.
