Getafe vs Mallorca Match Preview
These two teams will provide Day 26’s first battle as they’ll meet at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez stadium in Madrid at 17:00 GMT.
Getafe’s winless run continued last week as they could only draw goalless away to Osasuna.
The point they earned kept them 9th in La Liga standings, with 33 points like 8th placed Villarreal who also managed a 0-0 draw away from home on Day 25.
As for Mallorca, they moved into the Champions League qualification zone thanks to the 3-0 victory which they secured against Sporting Gijon.
Mallorca are 4th with 43 points like Sevilla but above them through goal difference. In the first part of La Liga, the Barralets beat Getafe 3-1.
If they can complete the double over their opponents on Saturday, Mallorca will close the gap to only a point within 3rd placed Valencia… at least, temporarily.
