His biggest concern, however, will be the players. Santa Cruz, Bellamy and Given in particular are reportedly upset with the change in management. Meanwhile the disabled list grows: Besides Joleon Lescott, Nedum Onuoho is now out for a month, and Shaun Wright-Phillips and Emmanuel Adebayor are said to be doubtful for Boxing Day.
With just one win in the last six games Stoke City manager Tony Pulis is hoping to bring in some fresh blood during the January transfer window. Manchester City\\\'s recent managerial swap may render them vulnerable, even at home. Stoke can take no chances on that, however, as under-achieving City have nevertheless posted some good results this season.
