After getting hammered by Liverpool last match, a visit to Stamford Bridge for Norwich City could be yet another frustrating day for the Canaries. Chris Houghton's side has yet to win a match in the current season and the odds don't look good against Chelsea.
As if playing away to the current European Champions isn't enough, wanting to bounce back from a 1-5 defeat to 14th placed Liverpool doesn't look promising.
Roberto Di Matteo's side enjoyed a comfortable 0-4 victory midweek over FC Nordsjaelland in the Champions League. Taking his side back home now to take on a poor and mentally battered Norwich side should allow Chelsea to claim their sixth win in the campaign.
John Terry sat out the match midweek, but he should feature in Saturday's match as Di Matteo has adopted a rotation system to ensure that his players are fully fit.
Di Matteo could also opt to hand his new signing Cesar Azpilicueta his first start in the English Premier League. Giving Branislav Ivanovic could be a positive thing for the defender, as well as it would give Azpilicueta a confidence boost.
With Daniel Sturridge still struggling with a hamstring injury, it looks like Fernando Torres will be in charge of leading the Blues once again.
For Norwich City, Chris Hughton will be under fire after the humiliating defeat to Liverpool at home. The Norwich manager is expected to make some changes to his side on Saturday in an attempt to get some consistent play from his squad.
Getting a positive result at Stamford Bridge will be a big up hill battle for Norwich as they will be without Harry Kane, Simon Lappin, Steven Whittaker, Anthony Pilkington and most likely Sebastien Bassong all out due to injury.
A draw for Norwich would be a massive result, while we won't even speak about how fantastic a victory would be. But, realistically speaking, Norwich is going to have to be better than perfect or Chelsea will need to be very poor if Chris Hughton's side is to pull off a shocking result on Saturday.
With Juan Mata in form along with Eden Hazard, Chelsea are clear favorites to steal the show and the full three points, keeping them top of the table in the Premier League.
