Hungary vs Greece Match Preview
European champions Greece were upset 3-2 by Hungary in a Euro 2008 warm up on Saturday, giving credence to coach Otto Rehhagel's contention that they will be underdogs at next month's tournament.The Greek's showed indifferent form against a new Hungary side playing for the first time under Dutch coach Erwin Koeman and might have lost more heavily.
Ioannis Amanatidis's opening goal for Greece on the stroke of halftime came out of the blue, a misunderstanding in the home defence giving the striker a free shot.
Hungary hit back with goals from Balazs Dzsudzak, Roland Juhasz and Krisztian Vadocz between the 47nd and 63rd minutes with Nikos Liberopoulos pulling another back for Greece in the final minute.
Greece face Sweden, Russia and Spain in Group D in Salzburg in the June 7-29 tournament staged jointly by Austria and Switzerland.
