Toronto FC vs Real Salt Lake Match Preview
Real Salt Lake will continue their Western playoff challenge when they travel East to face struggling Toronto FC.Salt Lake are only one point outside of the Western playoff spots after last weekend’s 3-0 win over the New York Red Bulls. Toronto have drawn their last two games, and are only one point above the last placed Chicago Fire in the East.
Julian de Guzman and Terry Dunfield are injury doubts for TFC, along with Nathan Sturgis and Gianluca Zavarise. In-form Dutch striker Danny Koevermans will lead the Toronto attack, and has scored three goals in his four games for the club so far.
Javier Morales and Ned Grabavoy are ruled out with injury for Salt Lake, while defender Jamison Olave is doubtful with a knee strain. Nick Rimando and Alvaro Saborio should be fot to play for RSL, while young midfielder Luis Gil should feature after becoming the club’s youngest ever goal scorer in the win over New York.
