Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, who made a calamitous error to gift Birmingham the winner in the Carling Cup Final, will start this game on the bench for the Gunners.
Star striker Robin van Persie is ruled out with a knee problem, while Cesc Fabregas will also miss this game due to a hamstring injury. Theo Walcott, Laurent Koscielny and Alex Song are also sidelined for the Gunners with injury problems.
Jonathan Tehoue has recovered from a migraine and will be ready to return for Orient. The French striker netted a dramatic late equalizer at Brisbane Road against the Gunners.
Harry Kane is suspended for Orient while Steve Dawson, Matthew Spring and Jimmy Smith are doubtful with injury.
