Juan Carlos Mosqueda has opened up the hostilities in the 39th minute with a superb strike that gave Brailovsky's men short-lived hope. Necaxa has one win for the season, and seven points overall that have them near the bottom of the league table.
Santos is placed second, behind leaders Cruz Azul.
