Juventus will be hoping to take another step closer towards back-to-back Serie A titles when they entertain Fiorentina at Juventus Stadium on Saturday.
The league leaders haven't been at their very best in recent weeks, even though they escaped from Verona with a 2-1 victory over Chievo last weekend, but will be looking for inspiration from the likes of Andrea Pirlo and Mirko Vucinic to claim another crucial victory.
Juventus, who resume their Champions League campaign with a Round of 16 meeting with Celtic on Tuesday, are more than aware of the fact that they can't afford to slip-up, because second-placed Napoli are hot on their heels and desperate to overtake them at the summit.
Antonio Conte, the coach of Juventus, will be unable to count with the services of Giorgio Chiellini, Nicklas Bendtner and Simone Pepe, who are all injured, while Leonardo Bonucci will miss the game due to suspension.
Conte, who was overjoyed by the return of playmaker Andrea Pirlo last week, has selected a solid 3-4-2 formation, with Vucinic and Alessandro Matri his desired attacking pair.
Rivals Fiorentina also have a few injury concerns to deal with, which means the absences of Ahmed Hegazy, Giuseppe Rossi, Michele Camporese and Chilean midfielder Matias Fernandez. While Alberto Aquilani and Giulio Migliaccio will serve suspensions.
Fiorentina will turn out with a strike-force comprising of Stevan Jovetic and Luca Toni, two players who are more than capable of finding the back of the net.
Incidentally both Jovetic and Toni got on the score-sheet as the Viola beat Parma 2-0 at the Stadio Artemio Franchi last weekend.
