The goals from Pompey Reserves' 2-1 Premier League Cup group stage defeat to Everton Reserves at Westleigh Park. A youthful Blues side went behind on 72 minutes, as Nathan Broadhead headed the visitors into the lead. But Pompey weren't behind for long, as Dan Smith was pushed in the box, allowing captain Theo Widdrington to step up and smash home the spot kick. Although any hopes of anything from the game were extinguished minutes from time, as substitute Shayne Lavery was first to a loose ball in the box, which he duly put past Alex Bass.
