Saturday will see Sweden and England battle it out for a spot in the World Cup final. Ahead of that game, an odd bet has been set by two of the nation's most iconic sportsmen: Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David Beckham.
It was Ibrahimovic who initiated everything, calling out the former Three Lions captain on social media. The Scandinavian nation's all-time leading scorer took to both Twitter and Instagram to lay down the ground rules of their bet.
The former PSG forward offered to take the Englishman out for dinner anywhere in the world should Gareth Southgate's men emerge triumphant. However, should Forsberg and Co. progress, Beckham would have to treat the talisman forward to a piece of furniture from famous Swedish retailer, IKEA.
The Red Devils legend accepted the IKEA proposition but suggested that Zlatan accompany him to Wembley for an England game in a Three Lions jersey if the 1966 World Cup champion progresses. LA Galaxy, Beckham's former club and Ibrahimovic's current employer, then sealed the bet.

Saturday's quarter-final tie was always going to be an intriguing encounter regardless of this wager. Harry Kane and Co. eliminated Colombia in the previous round to move one step closer to the final. All that remains in their way is their last-eight match and, if they beat Sweden, a semi-final encounter with either Russia or Croatia.
