Fans eagerly await the second-leg clash of Barcelona vs Chelsea, and rightly so. Goals from Willian and Messi saw the first leg end 1-1, meaning anything is possible in the Camp Nou encounter.
A spot in the quarter-final is at stake, and while many tip the Blaugrana to progress, the Blues cannot be counted out. Only a defensive error cost them from heading to Spain with a lead.
Valverde’s side has been boosted by the return of Andres Iniesta, that classy playmaker who has been struggling with injuries. Andre Gomes, who recently admitted that life at Barcelona has become like hell, could be involved, but Ousmane Dembele also has a fair claim at a starting position.
Conte’s side is likely to use a similar tactic to the one that worked efficiently at Stamford Bridge. They will probably allow Barcelona to dominate possession and will attack on the counter, but Olivier Giroud or Alvaro Morata might be given the number nine role this time around.
