The Italian agent has made a few deals with the Red Devils in the last couple of seasons, and Icardi could be next in line.

Just when Mauro Icardi's future seemed to be sorted out, a new team has apparently stepped up to try and lure im away.

Reports by Corriere dello Sport revealed that Manchester United would be keen on signing the Argentine ace next summer, especially due to Mino Raiola's involvement on the matter.

The Italian agent has become sort of the go-to guy for Manchester United when looking for new players, since Raiola bargained with the Red Devils to have three of his clients signing with them: Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

According to the Italian journal, Icardi asked Raiola to put in a good word with Ed Woodward, even if his transfer business is handled by his wife, Wanda Nara.

The Argentine ace has made the most out of his time in Italy, where he's made a name for himself due to his goalscoring skills, which usually have him fighting for the scoring title. Nevertheless, a falling out between him and his team-mates and the fact that Inter Milan's season is starting to look like a disaster may have forced him to search for other employment opportunities.

Icardi has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in the past, but if Raiola's words have echo on Manchester United's hierarchy, there could be a developing transfer saga next summer.
