The English striker scored two goals in less than 12 minutes to set a new goalscoring record for Spurs.

Harry Kane's goalscoring skills didn't diminish with the start of 2018, and now, the Englishman can measure up to those who made history with Tottenham.

Today, a brace by the hottest striker in Europe saw him become Tottenham's all-time top scorer in the Premier League, surpassing Teddy Sheringham's haul of 97 goals with the London-based club. Sheringham needed 236 games to set that record, while Kane needed only 135.

Needless to say, Tottenham will have to fend off interest from other top-caliber European clubs (namely Real Madrid) to keep the striker around for many years.
