Juventus have completed part one of their sought-after Treble, thanks to a 2-0 win over Lazio in the Coppa Italia earlier this week. The Bianconeri could have wrapped up the Scudetto this past weekend, but were halted by a determined Roma side, who defeated them 3-1. The Giallorossi, of course, are desperate to push the Scudetto race till the final matchday, but with La Vecchia Signora set to play debutants Crotone at home on Sunday, it appears that it will be ultimately decided this weekend.
Or will it? Crotone have gone seven games sans defeat, including wins in five of them. The Squali have suddenly sprung to life after a rough start to their debut Serie A season and now have closed the gap on Empoli to just one point. However, the odds are heavily stacked against them.
For starters, only Torino has managed to nick any points off Juventus at Juventus Stadium. In addition, the Squali have not only never beaten Juventus, but they have never scored against them. In their past three meetings, they have been outscored by ten to nil, and that includes their first ever Serie A meeting earlier this term, which Juve won 2-0.
Meanwhile, Roma battle a struggling Chievo as they hope to close Juve's four point gap to a very uncomfortable one. The Scudetto race looks set to be decided in Turin, but Roma naturally will hope that a recently resurgent Crotone can pull off what would be arguably the biggest surprise of the term by halting La Vecchia Signora at Juventus Stadium.
Another interesting fixture will definitely be Lazio-Inter. The Biancocelesti are seeking to recover after their Coppa Italia defeat, whilst the Nerazzurri already seem to have gone on holiday. Both teams have been involved in some pretty high-scoring ties this season. Lazio crushed Sampdoria 7-3 in the highest-scoring game this campaign, as well as blitzed Palermo 6-2. Inter, meanwhile, defeated Atalanta 7-1 and lost to Fiorentina in a nine-goal thriller (5-4), so fans may be in for a goal-fest on Sunday.
But back to Juventus vs. Crotone: In this David vs. Goliath clash, will the minnows manage to cause problems for the giant a la the famed Biblical tale on Sunday?

Viewing information for Serie A matchday 37
Roma will take on Chievo on Saturday to kick-start this round at 12:00 EST/18:00 CET. If the Giallorossi win as expected, the gap will be closed to just one point. Meanwhile, Napoli-Fiorentina will be one not to miss for calcio fans. The Partenopei haven't given up hope in their chase for a runners-up spot and will aim to push that battle for an automatic Champions League berth till the final matchday.
And then, on Sunday, Juventus take on Crotone at 9:00 EST/15:00 CET. Serie A fans will obviously not want to miss out on this one, as they may be able to see the Bianconeri make history by making it a sixth straight Scudetto. No team have ever won five on the trot before Juventus achieved that, and now La Vecchia Signora could complete part two of their deserved Treble on May 21st.
It's set to be a Super Sunday of Serie A action. Lazio-Inter will take place at 14:45 EST/20:45 CET, whilst AC Milan take on Bologna at 9:00 EST/15:00 CET.
