Giangluigi Buffon does not want to face Leicester City in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Juventus shot-stopper Gianluigi Buffon claims he only fears Leicester City in the Champions League. The Foxes beat Sevilla 2-0 at the King Power Stadium on Tuesday to progress to the next round of the competition on a 3-2 aggregate.

This was the first time the Premier League defending champions had reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League. As a matter of fact, this is their debut season, meaning they have never played in Europe's elite competition before.

Their much-publicized victory over Jorge Sampaoli's men acted as a warning signs for other giants in the competitions. The Foxers cannot be underestimated at this stage of the competition, and are capable of pulling a surprise just like they did last season when they won the Premier League for the first time in their history.

And Gianluigi Buffon is one of the players who cannot underestimate Craig Shakespeare's men. He was quoted by Goal as saying:

"The only team I'd like to avoid in the draw is Leicester.

"They have got enthusiasm, they know how to hurt the strongest teams. We'd have everything to lose against them."

The Champions League quarter-final draw will be conducted on Friday. The first leg and second leg ties will be played between April 11/12 and 18/19.
