It seems that Diego Maradona won't forget Higuain's "treason" of leaving Napoli to join Juventus anytime soon, as he blasted the Argentine international during a gala staged by the Italian Footbal Federation.
The 1986 World Champion was inducted to the Italian Football's Hall of Fame alongside former players such as Paolo Maldini, Giuseppe Bergomi and Milan's president Silvio Berlusconi, and that's where he had a blast talking about Higuaín, Paulo Dybala and Lionel Messi.
The Argentine legend's words about Higuain may come as no surprise, considering he was left broken-hearted when "Pipita" left Napoli to join Juventus. Maradona won two Scudetto with the Partenopei in 1986 and 1990, and has always been regarded as the best footballer in the club's history.
