Liverpool's tactics against Roma had to change before the first 30 minutes, as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain had to be stretchered out of the pitch due to an unfortunate attempt to steal the ball away from Aleksandr Kolarov.
The English midfielder, who was crucial for the Reds' victory against Manchester City in the previous round, tiried to strip the ball from the Serbian left back with a sliding challenge, but he ended up hitting Kolarov's leg, damaging his right knee.
The Ox's injury seemed to be serious, as he tried to walk away from the pitch by his own foot, but his leg didn't have enough strength.
