 Post subject: Scotland v Italy
Anyone out there know if this game is being shown on any of the cable or satellite networks in Canada?

Yes, it is being shown live on TLN at noon with a repeat sometime on the Sunday (for those who miss the Scottish goals first time around!).

Carlos,
You presumably being Scottish do you know that Setanta are showing today's (Sunday) Hearts v Hibs match on delay at 5pm and next Sunday they are doing the same thing with the Hearts v Aberdeen match, this time around 10.15 pm (don't exactly remember).

Yeah, I saw it. Was hoping that Setanta would show the Scotland / Italy game, as they showed the France game... I guess TLN will have to do. Cheers.

I can explain that. Setanta do not have the rightd for any home Scotland or England match, that is why we only see some away games (do not know who has rights). I also believe Setanta will have the rights, from next season to home England games and FA Cup (Fox still has FA Cup this season).

Any suggestions on Scot-friendly pubs to watch the game in Toronto?

I am the secretary of a small Glasgow Rangers supporters club here in Toronto we have about 30 members & we are located at Yonge & Davisville. Besides showing the Rangers games live via satellite. We try to show all Scotland’s games that we are able to get. We will be showing the Scotland v Italy match on Saturday please feel free to join us. It's not hard to get to the club by subway heres the directions- Toronto Midtown RSC is located at Kramer’s (upstairs), 1915 Yonge St. It's a relatively short subway ride up the Yonge Street line to Davisville station, and then across the street, kitty-corner.
