 Post subject: Bundesliga in Toronto?
Hi all,
While FSWC continues to show Bundesliga games on Saturdays and Sundays this season, the top games are only shown on Setanta Sports USA and ProSiebenSat1 Welt. Are there any bars/pubs in Toronto that get the channels and will show Bundesliga games? Wouldn't mind to go out for brunch and some Fussball on Saturdays.
Cheers!

What do you mean by top games? You mean better teams?
I am little bit worry about Sunday games, because so far there is no schedule for Sunday game as of yet. Hope to start that later on.
My team is 1.FC Kaiserslautern , so hope to see them more.

Is FSWC showing any live Bundesliga games this year?
I see on the schedule on this site, that Duisburg-Stuttgart is being shown Saturday at 10am EST on FSWC. But that match starts at 9:30am EST, I think.

Yes, FSWC is showing one game every Saturday at 10 a.m., meaning delayed by 1/2 hour. However, as I mentioned before, they don't show the top Bundesliga games. For example, Leverkusen-Bayern in Week 2 won't be shown on FSCW. Instead, FSWC will show another, most likely not as interesting game. The top games are licensed to Setanta Sports and ProSiebenSat1 Welt, which are only accessible through satellite. So, no Bayern-Schalke, Bremen-Stuttgart, Dortmund-Schalke, Hertha-Hamburg, etc on FSWC.

I know they are showing games, but it looks like they will be delayed, not live, which completely sucks.

So will FSWC show any German games on Sundays???
Last year they showed a game from Saturday and it was from Setanta Sports . It was awesome because they went around the stadium for like 15 mins, and there was no commentary. I really enjoyed it.
FSWC should have their own Canadian web site, I hope some one from FSWC is reading all these comments !!!

Any answers to the main question of if there are any pubs in Toronto who regularly air Bundesliga games? I know of a good handful of pubs that play EPL games, and TFC matches when they're on...not to mention Italian, Porto, and other games... but the Bundesliga? Anyone?
