Am I missing something? Where might I find streaming games that aren't otherwise available on the TV channels I subscribe to?

The live streaming linksare found in the match details, for example http://www.livesoccertv.com/England-vs-Russia-soccer-25115.php. They are not listed directly on the fixtures page at the moment. If you see "P2P" channel listed in fixtures, simply click on the match link (in this case "England vs Russia" link) and you'll get to the match details page.

Currently we do not have resources to list all available stream links every day, (there are dozens of streams available daily). We are starting with the most impostand matches, and trying to work our way up to as many daily live stream links as possible.

So it looks like the way to grab a wide variety of free streaming games is to load yourself up with a ton of free streaming internet TV players and to locate any games they have available.

But what about PPV streams? I'd like to find games that I'm not subscribed to through my cable TV provider that I could watch if they're streaming the video to the USA for a cost. I know that UEFA.com is streaming the Euro 2008 qualifiers like this but are there other websites that offer other games?

Our ultimate goal is to compile all available free streaming links as well as PPV streams, just like we do it now with all TV channels. With TV it’s easier, as we get direct updates from the channels and other sources. Streams are a different story for obvious reasons. It is a very time-consuming process, but we’re trying to work our way through and hopefully have all streams available soon.
