The Egyptian forward has put all speculations about the extent of his injury to bed with his latest comment.

Liverpool saw their chances of potentially lifting the UEFA Champions League hit a snag after their talisman Mohamed Salah sustained an injury 30 minutes into the final. The 25-year-old forward clashed with Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos and subsequently injured his shoulder upon taking a hard tumble.

He was, as a result, forced off the game and was only able to watch his side fall to a 3-1 defeat off the field. Initial reports suggested that Salah may miss the upcoming World Cup looking at the extent of the injury.

However, the former AS Roma and Chelsea man took to his Twitter page on Sunday to clear the air about his mishap. He cited that his plans for the Pharoahs ahead of the impending Russia 2018 remained unaffected.

Egypt will kick-off their campaign at the World Cup against Uruguay in the second Group A game on June 15th.
