Neymar could be on the move again but…

The sensational Brazilian forward has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in recent times and some reports suggest that a switch could be completed as quickly as this summer. Having completed a world-record transfer from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain, the 26-year-old winger is said to be unhappy at his new side.

However, the player’s father has come out to quell any rumors of an impending exit in a recent interview. Former captain and defender of Barcelona, Carles Puyol, believes that the former Camp Nou favorite could be on the move and he is not overly bothered about him joining the Catalans’ rivals.

"I think he could join Madrid, yes," Puyol told Estadao.

"I don't see any problem with it. He's a professional and it's not that far-fetched."

Nonetheless, Puyol thinks the transfer could be complicated by the amount of money to be demanded by PSG considering they broke the bank and shattered FFP regulations for Neymar’s signature.

"I think it'll be difficult for him [Neymar] to leave PSG because they spent a lot of money on signing him."

The forward is currently recuperating an injury in his home country and currently seems a doubt to feature in the upcoming World Cup in Russia.
