The Czech shot-stopper was crucial for Swansea's second goal of the evening, giving way for the Swans come-from-behind win.

Petr Cech's evening will go down in history as one of the worst in his career, as he had a hand in his team's downfall against one of the teams fighting to avoid relegation in the current Premier League season.

As the game was tied 1-1, Cech failed to clear a back pass by one of his defenders, with his attempted clearance landing a mere two meters in front of him. Jordan Ayew didn't let this opportunity go by and scored the second goal for the hosts, giving Swansea a lead they wouldn't lose.

Sam Clucas' brace sealed the deal for Swansea, who came from behind to win this game after Nacho Monreal's opening goal. Even so, Cech's mistake wasn't forgiven by Premier League fans, who had a field day trolling the out-of-luck goalkeeper.
