Klopp reaches impressive feat in Man City win
Liverpool hosted Man City on Sunday and became the first team to beat the Citizens in the Premier League this season. The 4-3 triumph might not be enough to shake up the title race, but it has shown that Guardiola’s side is not unbeatable.
Furthermore, Klopp became the manager with the most wins against Pep. The German previously shared that record with Mourinho, but Sunday’s win – his 5th against Guardiola – saw Klopp move ahead of the Special One.
Harry Kane makes history
The records keep coming for Harry Kane. The Englishman scored a brace in the 4-0 win over Everton to etch his name in history.
His two-goal haul was enough to see him overtake Teddy Sheringham as Tottenham’s all-time leading scorer in the Premier League, with the 24-year-old currently at 98 goals for the Spurs.

Man United vs Stoke City
Liverpool’s win over Man City means Klopp’s side is now level on points with Man United and Chelsea. Mourinho’s crew is due in action on Monday, meaning victory against Stoke will see them increase their lead over Chelsea.
United has the home advantage, as Old Trafford will host Monday’s game. The home side has only won two of their last six games in all competitions, but their last two victories came in their last two games – somewhat a return to form for the Red Devils.
